Nirmitee’s packaging team take utmost care of each and every product while packing and wrapping. Our products packed at Nirmitee can be easily carried or shipped to any part of India.
SHIPPING
We ship within 8-10 business days via DTDC for deliveries within India from our store in Mumbai, Maharashtra . Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be shared along with the shipping agency contacts.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
We ensure to make three attempts to deliver before the package is returned to us. Providing accurate shipping addresses including pin codes will help us to give optimal service in a stipulated time.

RETURN POLICES/ GRIEVANCES
We always make sure that the delivery is seamless and the transaction is satisfactory. The nature of these handmade products may differ from their photographs in some cases due to the natural patterns of the material used. As a policy, we do not return, exchange the products delivered in good condition. However, if there is any defective product delivered not as per the order or carelessness on our part in delivery kindly inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product, we are open to extending a full refund and even reviving your order.
